Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We don't ship internationally yet, and some items can't be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- $8 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $70 (typically 6–12 business days).
- $15 Priority Shipping — sent with a faster tracked carrier, typically 5–9 business days.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
With standard shipping, most orders arrive within 6–12 business days; Priority Shipping orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days. Our products ship from partner warehouses in the US and overseas, so some items (like our cat tree, which ships from the US) arrive sooner, and items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update — that's normal.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we'll update it before your order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
